Shipping Policy
Delivery of a placed order can take anywhere from 5-25 business days depending on the item size, and the current state of your local postal system. We understand that international shipping can sometimes be slow, but we are absolutely positive that once you receive your package you'll see it was worth the wait!
We do not consider any parcel "lost or undelivered" until AFTER the full 25 business days pass. In our experience, packages almost always arrive safely! We greatly appreciate your patience.
If your item does not arrive within the promised delivery time, we can either reship OR refund it for you, no questions asked!
Occasionally, if purchasing more than one item, we may ship them separately. Do not fear your entire order will arrive, even if it's in more than one package, and we will provide tracking on each parcel on your order page.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail after a recorded delivery. If you do not have confidence in your local postal service, please purchase at your own discretion. Realistically, mail almost never gets lost, and when it does, we do have you covered. Simply ensure that your address is written correctly, and that you are not moving within the given delivery timeframe, and you should have absolutely nothing to worry about.
